Get help paying for household water and wastewater services

North Kootenai Water and Sewer District was recently notified that the Idaho Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) is no longer available to help low-income families in Idaho pay their water bills.

The District does have an internal financial aid program funded by voluntary contributions from our rate payers that is available for customers who are eligible. Please contact our office for more details at 208-687-6593.
