Paula Asher

Paula Asher comes to the District with a degree in Accounting from NIC. She ran her own business for 15 years with experience including human resources, accounting, and tax preparation. She also worked with Kootenai County Community Development for several years. She began working with the District in September of 2022 and holds the title of Customer Service I.  She is the District’s first point of contact and assists customers with payment options, financial assistance, leak detection, etc. Ms. Asher oversees the District’s payment processing. When she’s not with her “work family” she enjoys backpacking, camping, kayaking and back country wilderness horse pack trips. She said she is grateful to be a part of an amazing team and to serve the community in which she lives.
