Joe Lutes

I was born and raised in Idaho. In 2001, I moved to Coeur d ‘Alene and started my career in the construction field. I joined the North Kootenai Water District Team on March 5th, 2018, and since that time earned my Idaho Operator Water Distribution and Treatment Level I licenses. In 2023, I was selected to enroll in North Idaho College’s Electrical Program and am completing my electrical apprenticeship at North Kootenai, while earning my Idaho Operator Distribution Level 2 license.
