The District has embarked on a four-phase project to increase water capacity to the Rimrock Service Area. Increased capacity will provide system redundancy The first phase involved upsizing of water main between the Lancaster wells and Highway 95 and was completed in 2024. The second phase involved upsizing water main between Lancaster to Foxborough and was completed in 2025. The District is currently working on upsizing a segment of water main on Lancaster between Ferndale and Strahorn. We are planning to complete the fourth phase of the project, which involves upsizing main along Strahorn Road in 2027.
