In 2020 the District embarked on a project to increase the capacity of the water treatment plant supplying the Gozzer Ranch and Arrow Point service area. The project was necessary to meet updates to the 2015 International Fire Code for fire flow and to provide adequate water system capacity at Gozzer Ranch future build-out. This project was funded by a municipal bond, debt service fees to repay the bond are charged to Gozzer Ranch customers.
